Tuna Poke, Hawaii – Epcot 2011 Food & Wine Festival

We really enjoy our sushi, judging most places by the quality of their tuna. We’ve already talked about the Tuna and Salmon Sensation being served at the Japan booth this year. This was excellent quality fish. So how did the Hawaii both do?

I like pork, especially pulled pork. Thus when I saw the pulled pork slider at the Hawaii booth I knew I had to try it.

Mexico Pavilion Shrimp Tacos, 2011 Epcot International Food & Wine Festival

For some reason I try “fish” tacos frequently. Well, I try them as often as I find them. Yet, none compare to what my mind/taste say they should be. There is always some freshness missing. The shrimp tacos at the Mexican Pavilion still did not satisfy.
