This experience took place on Sunday, May 18, 2014 (the last event of the Epcot International Flower and Garden Festival 2014)
The concert was a bit disappointing compared to some of the others we’ve seen at Epcot in the last year or so. It’s not that anything was really horrible, just that most everything wasn’t too good. The vocals were consistently weak. The band wasn’t really tight, it was a pretty sloppy presentation. We thought that maybe it was just the first set, so we came back for the second.
Excepting for one song, the second was pretty much the same. They were louder. Some of the songs were ones we knew, and one song was very good… Psychobabble. This one was right on the money and we really enjoyed it.
Note: Keep in mind that Alan Parsons Project was not a performing band, they were a studio-only group in the past. This group is actually called Alan Parsons Live Project because Alan Parsons and Eric Woolfson parted ways.
