- Seared Scallop with Ragout of Tomatoes, Peppers & Hearts of Palm – maybe
- Crispy Pork Belly with Black Beans, Onions, Avocado & Cilantro – we tasted during soft opening, will likely try again
- Kaiser Brewery, Xingu Black Beer – we tasted during soft opening, not likely to try again
- Carnaval Moscato Sparkling White Wine – it’s an option for nora when friends are visiting
4. Australia
- Garlic Shrimp with Roasted Tomatoes, Lemon Myrtle & Rapini – we tasted during soft opening, not likely to try again
- Grilled Lamb Chop with Mint Pesto & Potato Crunchies – we are planning to taste this with visiting friends
- Rosemount Estate Merlot – yes, if paired with the lamb chop
- Penfolds Bin 8 Cabernet Shiraz – yes, if paired with the lamb chop
5. Mexico
- Shrimp Taco with Purple Cabbage – we’re eternal optimists when it comes to this offering, we’re rarely impressed, the shrimp are usually overcooked, but we still keep trying again and again… yes
- Rice Pudding – no, dessert calories, not worth it for something that we’re fairly sure isn’t impressive (doubt that we hear otherwise)
- Tequila Flight – nora is likely to get one when we have visitors
- Mango-Habanero Margarita – maybe, maybe not, the margaritas at La Hacienda and La Cava Del Tequila are FANTASTIC (the ones from the booth haven’t been)
6. Singapore
- Lemongrass Chicken Curry with Coconut and Jasmine Rice – maybe, depends on how it looks, we’ll try to scope it out regularly
- Seared Mahi Mahi with Jasmine Rice and “Singa” Sauce – yes
- Marques de Caceres Satinela – maybe, it’s semi-sweet white wine
7. China – only two maybes for Nora
- Black Pepper Shrimp with Sichuan Noodles – maybe for Nora
- Francis Ford Coppola Su Yuen Riesling – maybe for Nora

- Lettuce Wrap with Roast Pork & Kimchi Slaw – yes
- Kimchi Dog with Spicy Mustard Sauce – ummm, no… have you seen our pictures of the Togarashi Dog at bluezoo? enough said

- Berbere Style Beef with Onions, Jalapenos, Tomato, Okra & Pap – oh yes, this is on our lists EVEN THOUGH it’s beef (okra, jalapeños, pap… oh yes)
- Spinach & Paneer Cheese Pocket – yes, we liked it enough to have it twice last year
- The Wolftrap Red (wine blend) – yes, if it is paired with one of the two savory items
