The Junmai on the left is slightly yellow in color and the Junmai Ginjo on the right is much clearer.
Nora perferred the Junmai (a little less refined in flavor) and nick preferred the Junmai Ginjo (in fact, he said that he could just sit and sip a whole bottle).
We didn’t feel as though these sakes paired well with the Sukiyaki Beef Pan or the Karaage Hand Roll. The Sukiyaki Beef Pan would have likely paired with the Kirin Frozen Draft Beer from the Garden House in the Japan Pavilion.
On our scale of 1-10 (1=never ever again and 10=gotta have this 2 or 3 more times) – nora gives them a 9 and nick gives them a 6, average 7.5/10.
