This week on Extra WDW Magic we wrapped up our reviews of food at the Epcot International Flower and Garden Festival…
- We visited Florida Fresh… The watermelon salad was one of top 4 items from the Festival
- Items at Primavera Kitchen caused mixed reviews, none of these are in our top 4…
- Hanami in Japan provided our favorite beverage of the Festival (another top 4)… Frozen Kirin Beer… no surprise here, this was one of our favorite discoveries of the Food & Wine Festival in 2012
- And our last booth of the Flower & Garden Festival was Lotus House… no top winners here, but the spring pancake was much improved over it’s earlier incarnation
From around the ether…
- Sarah at Eating WDW visits the Spirit of Aloha Dinner Show at the Polynesian, I haven’t been in nearly 20 years and nick’s never been – perhaps a visit with Walter in tow is in order
- Thanks to Sarah, I’ve discovered Melissa at “The Hyperion Papers“… she has the great idea of using vinylmation characters for scale in her festival food photos… better than me using my iPhone but I’m taking suggestions for something other than vinylmation that I can carry around during the 2013 Food & Wine Festival
- It’s not exactly “extra walt disney world magic” but animation is very much a part of the history and bones of Walt Disney World Resort, here is an interesting article by a young animator at Disney Studios
Thank you everybody… The next few weeks are going to be rather heavily directed to the #2013eateachsandwich challenge @EarlofSandwich that Sarah and I are doing… Hopefully, I’ll have a few other things to throw into the blog pile.
