Mango Tapioca Pudding

First off, please remember two things… we don’t eat sweets very often and when nora used to cook a lot (a.k.a. when we were both heavier), nick LOVED her tapioca pudding… but we didn’t remember how much he liked tapioca pudding until he tasted this. In fact, when nick took the first taste, nora just watched his face thinking that there was no way she was going to get a single bite!

The tapioca pudding component is simply seasoned with just a touch of vanilla, it initially tasted like our homemade vanilla ice cream. There weren’t a lot of tapioca pearls (see photo from EatingWDW, they had a lot of tapioca pearls). The mango gel on top was slightly tart. Overall, this was declared “delicious.”

The Francis Ford Coppola Su Yuen Riesling did not pair at all with the mango tapioca pudding – it was just sour.

Using our ranking scale, 1-10 (1=never ever again and 10=gotta have this 2 or 3 more times), nora gave it a 6 and nick gave it a 9; average was 7.5/10.
