Nevie was with us the first full week of Food & Wine and since she was on a quest to eat as much lamb as we could find… the lamb “lollypop” from Australia made the list repeatedly.
Grilled Lamb Chop with Mint Pesto and Potato Crunchies
We thought that this particular lamb chop looked small and not very crispy. Nevie really liked it and she liked the mint pesto too.
I don’t think Kermit is going to eat her lamb chop (could make some bad jokes re: puppets … kermit & lamb chop… but I won’t)
Again, this is a winner year after year. The next evening, Nevie got another lamb chop and Walter had one too!
