Epcot International Flower and Garden Festival 2014 – Florida Fresh Watermelon Salad

We had originally said that we weren’t interested in any of the food at the Florida Fresh Outdoor Kitchen, however, on a recent Sunday’s visit to Epcot, we found ourselves craving “salad”… So, watermelon salad, here we come!

Watermelon Salad with Pickled Onions, BW Farm Baby Arugula, Feta Cheese and Balsamic Reduction

We agreed, that if this was to show up on a menu at Walt Disney World as a full sized salad (maybe with grilled shrimp?), we’d eat it.

This is a possible “do again” during the Flower and Garden Festival 2014 (if we have time).
