Today’s sandwich is the Just4Kids Grilled Cheese – a small Earl of Sandwich roll, cheddar cheese, swiss cheese, and some sandwich sauce.
This is the last of three Just4Kids sandwiches – they’re a relatively new addition to the Earl of Sandwich line-up (well, they came on the scene after we started the #2013eateachsandwich challenge)…
This grilled cheese sandwich is a nice little sandwich. I don’t think that the combination of cheddar and swiss is too off putting for younger tastes. I particularly liked the melty cheese that got all toasty (well, if you’re a regular reader, you know by now that I like toasty melty cheese and that I love bacon – no there isn’t any bacon on this sandwich! too bad).
It’s beautiful in it’s simplicity, but I RARELY eat grilled cheese sandwiches but when I do, I’m a stickler for tradition – american cheese, white loaf bread, and butter – grill it up in a frying pan at home…
Remaining…
- Caprese
- Seasonal Special – Avocado BLT
- Seasonal Special – Pastrami Reuben
