<a href=\"http:\/\/www.extrawdwmagic.com\/?p=7948\" target=\"_blank\">Chirashi at Hanami<\/a> (Japan)<\/span><\/li>\n<li>We visited\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.extrawdwmagic.com\/?p=7893\" target=\"_blank\">Tutto Gusto<\/a>\u00a0again, it was our first visit back since last May (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.extrawdwmagic.com\/?p=4064\" target=\"_blank\">here<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.extrawdwmagic.com\/?p=4086\" target=\"_blank\">here<\/a>), although the menu has changed dramatically, we enjoyed it thoroughly<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>From the ether&#8230;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 13px;\">Although it&#8217;s not one of our favorites, the Cobb Salad at the Brown Derby in Disney&#8217;s Hollywood Studios is a huge favorite with some of our friends&#8230; the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.disneyfoodblog.com\" target=\"_blank\">disneyfoodblog<\/a> recently posted the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.disneyfoodblog.com\/2013\/04\/08\/diy-disney-recipe-cobb-salad-from-the-hollywood-brown-derby\/\" target=\"_blank\">recipe<\/a><\/span><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.imagineeringdisney.com\" target=\"_blank\">Imagineering Disney<\/a> really caught nora&#8217;s attention in the last few weeks&#8230;\n<ul>\n<li>Mitch went to Magic Kingdom and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.imagineeringdisney.com\/blog\/2013\/3\/11\/pop-quizzes-magic-kingdom-part-2.html\" target=\"_blank\">quizzed cast members<\/a> on their Disney World knowledge&#8230; funny and sad<\/li>\n<li>As fans of Walt Disney World (and fans who have strong engineering backgrounds), we&#8217;re always intrigued by the history of WDW and especially the history that&#8217;s related to the construction of WDW&#8230; \u00a0here&#8217;s a rare look at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.imagineeringdisney.com\/blog\/2013\/3\/18\/wdw-construction-liberty-square.html\" target=\"_blank\">the construction of Liberty Square<\/a> in Magic Kingdom<\/li>\n<li>And lastly, Mitch shows us all how he constructed <a href=\"http:\/\/www.imagineeringdisney.com\/blog\/2013\/4\/7\/tiny-jungle-cruise-model.html\" target=\"_blank\">a miniature model of the Jungle Cruise<\/a> for his home office&#8230; nora&#8217;s always been fascinated by miniatures but thankfully has never pursued the hobby (she has enough hobbies already)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>For those who&#8217;ve been missing beer, bars, and drinking at Walt Disney World\n<ul>\n<li>The <a href=\"http:\/\/www.disneyhipsters.com\" target=\"_blank\">Disney Hipster Blog<\/a> has a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.disneyhipsters.com\/2013\/04\/review-walt-disney-world-bars-and.html\" target=\"_blank\">review<\/a> of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.touringplans.com\" target=\"_blank\">TouringPlans<\/a>&#8216; <a href=\"http:\/\/touringplans.com\/disney-ebooks\/walt-disney-world-bars-and-lounges-eguide\" target=\"_blank\">e-guide to Walt Disney World Bars &amp; Lounges<\/a> (a review from us is likely in the near future)<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/drinkingdisney.wordpress.com\" target=\"_blank\">Drinking Disney<\/a> has a <a href=\"http:\/\/drinkingdisney.wordpress.com\/2013\/04\/07\/great-places-to-grab-a-beer-at-walt-disney-world\/\" target=\"_blank\">list<\/a> of great places to grab a beer (this should come in handy during Harry &amp; Sandy&#8217;s visit this week)<\/li>\n<li>And the last beer related post is from <a href=\"http:\/\/www.beersandears.net\" target=\"_blank\">beersandears.net<\/a>&#8230; in keeping with the March Madness bracket theme that&#8217;s popped up EVERYWHERE and for EVERYTHING (ex: Garden &amp; Gun did Southern Food Brands &#8230; Krispy Kreme won!)&#8230; The <a href=\"http:\/\/beersandears.net\/2013\/04\/the-2013-disney-beer-tournament-champion\/\" target=\"_blank\">2013 Disney Beer Tournament Champion<\/a> is Unibroue La Fin du Monde (a particular favorite of nora&#8217;s, we even attended a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.extrawdwmagic.com\/?p=5821\" target=\"_blank\">Unibroue dinner at the Wave back in November<\/a>)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Sarah at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.eatingwdw.com\" target=\"_blank\">EatingWDW<\/a> reviewed THREE items that we&#8217;ve never tried at Walt Disney World\n<ul>\n<li>The <a href=\"http:\/\/eatingwdw.com\/2013\/04\/10\/kusafiris-brownie-paw\/\" target=\"_blank\">brownie paw<\/a> at Kusafiri Coffee Shop &amp; Bakery at Animal Kingdom (in fact, I don&#8217;t think we&#8217;ve ever eaten anything from Kusafiri&#8217;s)<\/li>\n<li>The <a href=\"http:\/\/eatingwdw.com\/2013\/04\/08\/tamu-tamu-refreshments-south-african-quinoa-salad\/\" target=\"_blank\">South African Quinoa salad<\/a> from Tamu Tamu at Animal Kingdom (almost directly across from Kusafiri)<\/li>\n<li>The <a href=\"http:\/\/eatingwdw.com\/2013\/04\/09\/catalina-eddies-hot-italian-deli-sandwich\/\" target=\"_blank\">hot italian deli sandwich<\/a> from Catalina Eddie&#8217;s at Disney&#8217;s Hollywood Studios (again, I don&#8217;t think we&#8217;ve ever eaten anything from Catalina Eddie&#8217;s)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>And, in the #2013eateachsandwich challenge @earlofsandwich&#8230;\n<ul>\n<li>Sarah is eating her way through the list&#8230;
