This is a cookie from Selma&#8217;s Cookies and is packaged as a Minnie Bakeshop item. You used to be able to get them at Writer&#8217;s Stop inside Hollywood Studios. We&#8217;ve heard that you can get them (not prepackaged) at Goofy&#8217;s Candy Kitchen at Downtown Disney, might have to try one again!
