Zapiekanki – “cheese toast”<\/p><\/div>\n

Zapiekanki – Toasted mushroom, carmelized onion, and cheese bread with house-made ketchup<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

We tried this twice – once when we were looping the booths with a large group of friends (we thought it was wonderful, we were famished) and again on a quiet afternoon, just the two of us (we thought it much less wonderful, we weren’t terrifically hungry).<\/p>\n

The bread is nothing special.<\/p>\n

The mushrooms have a nice flavor, although there seem to be fewer on this serving than on our first serving (EatingWDW has a photo<\/a> that’s closer to our first serving).<\/p>\n

The onions were sweet and slightly caramelized.<\/p>\n

Nora is a big fan of the house-made ketchup.<\/p>\n

Overall,\u00a01-10 (1=never ever again and 10=gotta have this 2 or 3 more times), nora gives it a 5 and nick gives it a 4; average is 4.5\/10.<\/p>\n

Again, we aren’t sure if the difference was in our taste buds and hunger or if there was truly a difference in preparation; we suspect a combination of both!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
