Each day, heck even each hour, the food samples can vary. If you like a flavor but an item is dry or too wet, give it another chance. The food items are not prepared as you order (unfortunately) so it can be challenging to get the best tastes.<\/p>\n
The Lettuce Wrap I sampled was overall good. The pork was well prepared with good seasoning throughout. The larger chunks of pork were a bit dry. \u00a0However, the shredded pieces were excellent – good moisture and flavorful throughout. The “kimchi” slaw was nothing special (it was not kimchi flavored to my taste) but it is the right topping for seasoned pork. \u00a0The sauce was non-descipt, I think the wrap would stand up fine without it.<\/p>\n

I’ll try the lettuce wrap again. \u00a0If it is substantially different, I’ll definitely write about it. \u00a0If you like Asian food and you are visiting, it is definitely worth trying.<\/p>\n
