<\/p>\nEvery year there are new topiaries at the Epcot Flower and Garden Festival. \u00a0But I realize that it would be too huge (or maybe expensive) an undertaking to make all new topiaries. \u00a0So sometimes an existing topiary is just slightly modified. \u00a0For 2011 it appears to me that Donald and Daisy were slightly altered as they were not in a “featured” spot.<\/p>\n
As you passed Spaceship Earth on the left side (entering), Daisy was found watering her flowers.<\/p>\n

As you passed Spaceship Earth on the right side (entering), Donald was found doing, well you tell me. \u00a0I think he was just being Donald or maybe welcoming all visitors with open arms as the TS3 topiary was not very welcoming IMO…<\/p>\n

As you can see Donald and Daisy were not posed together. \u00a0This just made them more place holders. \u00a0Last year there was a giraffe where Donald is standing — couldn’t Donald have been more useful than just taking the place of a giraffe? \u00a0Daisy stood where there were ostriches in 2010.<\/p>\n
Not bad but later I’ll post some photos of what”good” placement (and imagination) looks like with Mickey and Minnie’s picnic…<\/p>\n
