Beach Club was serving Tuna Nachos&#8230;<\/dt>\n<\/dl>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"mceTemp\" style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<dl class=\"wp-caption \" style=\"width: 650px;\">\n<dt><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.frugaldinks.com\/wp-content\/gallery\/food-amp-wine-2010\/food-wine-classic-oct-08-2010-14.jpg\" alt=\"food-wine-classic-oct-08-2010-14\" width=\"640\" height=\"336\" \/>&#8230; marinated sushi grade tuna, tortilla chip, sauce underneath &#8230; quite possibly our favorite of the evening &#8230; Nick says that if that was a larger, fresher tortilla chip with lime salt = HEAVEN<\/dt>\n<\/dl>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"mceTemp\" style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<dl class=\"wp-caption \" style=\"width: 458px;\">\n<dt><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.frugaldinks.com\/wp-content\/gallery\/food-amp-wine-2010\/food-wine-classic-oct-08-2010-15.jpg\" alt=\"food-wine-classic-oct-08-2010-15\" width=\"448\" height=\"418\" \/>Todd English&#8217;s bluezoo was serving shrimp cocktail shooters &#8230;<\/dt>\n<\/dl>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"mceTemp\" style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<dl class=\"wp-caption \" style=\"width: 224px;\">\n<dt><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.frugaldinks.com\/wp-content\/gallery\/food-amp-wine-2010\/food-wine-classic-oct-08-2010-16.jpg\" alt=\"food-wine-classic-oct-08-2010-16\" width=\"214\" height=\"448\" \/>&#8230; gorgeous sugar sculpture decorated the desserts booth &#8230;<\/dt>\n<\/dl>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"mceTemp\" style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<dl class=\"wp-caption \" style=\"width: 586px;\">\n<dt><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.frugaldinks.com\/wp-content\/gallery\/food-amp-wine-2010\/food-wine-classic-oct-08-2010-23.jpg\" alt=\"food-wine-classic-oct-08-2010-23\" width=\"576\" height=\"486\" \/>&#8230; 3 samplings &#8230; strawberry lemon soup with angelfood cakelette (very good), ice cream sandwich (just eh), and caramel butterscotch something (good) &#8230;<\/dt>\n<\/dl>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"mceTemp\" style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<dl class=\"wp-caption \" style=\"width: 650px;\">\n<dt><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.frugaldinks.com\/wp-content\/gallery\/food-amp-wine-2010\/food-wine-classic-oct-08-2010-24.jpg\" alt=\"food-wine-classic-oct-08-2010-24\" width=\"640\" height=\"457\" \/>&#8230; 3 more samples &#8230; chocolate brownie (? eh), lemon guava creamy thing (very good), fresh raspberry macaron (excellent) &#8230;<\/dt>\n<\/dl>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"mceTemp\" style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<dl class=\"wp-caption \" style=\"width: 452px;\">\n<dt><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.frugaldinks.com\/wp-content\/gallery\/food-amp-wine-2010\/food-wine-classic-oct-08-2010-25.jpg\" alt=\"food-wine-classic-oct-08-2010-25\" width=\"442\" height=\"448\" \/>&#8230; close-up &#8230; the raspberries in this were very fresh and extremely flavorful, the macarons were crispy on the outside and moist\/chewy on the inside (I haven&#8217;t been bit by the homemade macaron bug but I can see the temptation!)<\/dt>\n<\/dl>\n<\/div>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">The Music<\/h3>\n<div class=\"mceTemp\" style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<dl class=\"wp-caption \" style=\"width: 346px;\">\n<dt><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.frugaldinks.com\/wp-content\/gallery\/food-amp-wine-2010\/food-wine-classic-oct-08-2010-26.jpg\" alt=\"food-wine-classic-oct-08-2010-26\" width=\"336\" height=\"448\" \/>The area under the Dolphin fountain was set up as a stage for three jazz groups &#8212;
