This all took place on Sunday, April 27, 2014<\/em><\/p>\n

On a recent Sunday, during Harry and Sandy’s visit, we went to Downtown Disney for a wander, a few nibbles, and a couple of beers. We found all of those things…<\/p>\n

\u2026 The house favorite, saut\u00e9ed jumbo shrimp, simmered in an amber beer reduction on top of housemade jalape\u00f1o cornbread<\/p><\/div>\n

Then we moved out to the patio at House of Blues and listened to Grace King play her guitar and sing. We sat there for quite a while, turns out that she knew a lot of my favorite songs (and since it was my birthday weekend, she received a few tips to play them) – I even sang along on one song!<\/p>\n

We ended up at Raglan Road Pub’s Tonsil Tickler (again), Harry ordered the ribs that he loves so much, and we ordered an array of starchy, carb-y snacks INCLUDING the kid’s macaroni and cheese with chips (fat french fries). Nick and I have decided that if\/when we have a mac-n-cheese craving, it’s going to be satisfied with Raglan Road’s rendition.
