Brazil<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Seared Scallop with Ragout of Tomatoes, Peppers &amp; Hearts of Palm &#8211; maybe<\/li>\n<li>Crispy Pork Belly with Black Beans, Onions, Avocado &amp; Cilantro &#8211; we tasted during soft opening, will likely try again<\/li>\n<li>Kaiser Brewery, Xingu Black Beer &#8211; we tasted during soft opening, not likely to try again<\/li>\n<li>Carnaval Moscato Sparkling White Wine &#8211; it&#8217;s an option for nora when friends are visiting<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>4. Australia<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Garlic Shrimp with Roasted Tomatoes, Lemon Myrtle &amp; Rapini &#8211; we tasted during soft opening, not likely to try again<\/li>\n<li>Grilled Lamb Chop with Mint Pesto &amp; Potato Crunchies &#8211; we are planning to taste this with visiting friends<\/li>\n<li>Rosemount Estate Merlot &#8211; yes, if paired with the lamb chop<\/li>\n<li>Penfolds Bin 8 Cabernet Shiraz &#8211; yes, if paired with the lamb chop<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>5. Mexico<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Shrimp Taco with Purple Cabbage &#8211; we&#8217;re eternal optimists when it comes to this offering, we&#8217;re rarely impressed, the shrimp are usually overcooked, but we still keep trying again and again&#8230; yes<\/li>\n<li>Rice Pudding &#8211; no, dessert calories, not worth it for something that we&#8217;re fairly sure isn&#8217;t impressive (doubt that we hear otherwise)<\/li>\n<li>Tequila Flight &#8211; nora is likely to get one when we have visitors<\/li>\n<li>Mango-Habanero Margarita &#8211; maybe, maybe not, the margaritas at La Hacienda and La Cava Del Tequila are FANTASTIC (the ones from the booth haven&#8217;t been)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>6.
